Jealousy

We all have our monsters, and my greatest one is jealousy. My family often refers to it as my 'green eyed monster'. What's caused this to spin out of control in the last few years is this growing anger that I can't really identify. Even if I care about someone, some part of me seems to want to bring them down from that high place my mind has put them in, because I can't be as 'good' as I perceive them to be.
